We’re excited to announce a new innovative feature that helps you know more about your social media contacts by finding publicly-available social profiles, photos, basic demographics and social influence.
We believe these additional insights into a contact’s social landscape will help organizations become more engaged with potential prospects on a more personal level.
This new feature, powered by Full Contact, enables you to retrieve other social media profiles and publicly held information on certain individual through their Twitter handle.
The SmartSocial social media management dashboard enables you to then save individuals as a contact. If you have retrieved their email address or other contact information, you can then contact them through these channels utilizing SmartSocial’s Social CRM functions.
Log into your SmartSocial Account
For a ‘Look-Up’ Search go to Monitor > Search - Type the name or Twitter handle in the Search box and click on their name. You can also click on individuals names naturally browsing on your priority inbox and streams.
This pulls in information from various sources such as contact’s Twitter Bio and Klout Score.

Organizations in with the individual is a part of and affiliated websites.
Other Social Profiles
Location and Topics of interest:
Who they are an Influencer of (provided by Klout)
Who they are influenced by (provided by Klout)
Click ‘Save Contact’ to Add contact to the SmartSocial CRM database.
